If the toy will stand on the table, then you will need a stand; it can be made of plaster, colored plasticine, or even just glue the light bulb to a piece of thick cardboard or board, and then let the glue dry well. If you are planning to use a light bulb as a vase or place some original ikebana-type craft in its interior, then you need to get rid of the interior of the lamp.
