Recently, recruiting managers have been asking applicants to send a CV rather than a resume in response to an open vacancy. What it is? In fact, these are very similar documents that display data about a person, although with some reservations and differences. The volume of a resume cannot exceed 1-2 pages of printed text, but a CV in its classic version contains comprehensive information about the applicant. Clear chronology

The structure of a resume is very simple; first of all, you need to enter personal information about yourself in the list of items. Next, you need to indicate your education, while many people mistakenly enter even their school years here, but such information is, in principle, not interesting to the employer. The subsequent content of the resume depends on its type. It can be chronological, when the author indicates the places of his work in reverse chronological order. Still, recruiting agencies recommend that applicants find a middle ground between the two previous characteristics. Considering the examples above, what should you write on your resume? Professional qualities are most easily revealed in a mixed-type document. This is the option in which the author indicates his previous positions with a description of the main functional responsibilities and achievements.

In the final part, you can and should provide additional information. This includes data on completion of personal or professional growth training, thematic seminars, study of advanced training programs, and knowledge of foreign languages.

When describing the professional qualities of an accountant in your resume, examples of work as a sales consultant or secretary should not be advertised.
